How Actors All Star Access Breeds Drama School Results

1. What are guest experts ?

I'm really excited to be introducing to you the guest experts inside the app! These are fabulous industry professions I know within my network and they come once a month to teach you everything from acting techniques, singing techniques, writing for statements, magnetic energy, healing mindsets, tackling organisation, maintaining fitness, practising yoga, movement and SO much more 💕

The aim of guest experts, as part of your Actors All Star Access experience, is to give you all the tools that you would need to shine like a superstar at your next audition. I really want you to feel and benefit from the inner strength of looking at things from a multi variational style of coaching. So of course, you would get access with me with all of the coaching that I do, but the guest experts are here to elevate you in other ways, what I call 'healing your human.'

Our first guest expert was a dear friend of mine who I know as a connection from my own coach and she did a session to my All Star members on how to follow their passion and how to like step into a magnetic and passionate place to activate your dream life.... VIBEY right?? :)

We've also had coaching on positive psychology and how you can use positive psychology as an actor. How to write a personal statement, how to stay organised, how to use spirituality as well to lift and guide you as an actor, a voice coach, singing coach, a yoga coach too... it's wonderful!

The guest experts are here to give you a wider perspective as an actor coming to your first round drama school auditions to your final ones. These experts are from many different types of industries who will be sharing with you their expertise and their gifts on how you can get real results as a successful and healed human! 

All guest expert sessions are recorded and added to the resource library where you re-watch or catch up at your own leisure. 

2. How do I keep up with the calls?

The calls are all recorded so you will never miss a session if you are an Actor's All Star Access member! So if you're applying to drama school and you are busy with work, or busy with commitments that you have, you're never going to lose anything being an All Star! You will never miss anything because within the app you're going to have a place called resources where you can go back and catch up on the work that you may have missed!

It's an easy dip in and dip out, which is the exact vibe I wanted to create! Breeding specific consistent classes to build your momentum and training without it feeling oppressive or overbearing... and so far, the AASA members are LOVING it!

Especially those on gap years/doing other jobs in between applying to drama school/NYT REP because it's giving them consistency and a community. I also send you every month a little check in email as well to see how you're personally doing and how you're personally keeping up with your auditions, self tapes and journey. So all guest expert calls and meet-up calls with me are all recorded. Classes with me are left for a 1 month catch up (with some calls being left as a forever catch up in your resources) and your guest expert calls are left for you to go back to whenever you like. So the benefits: you will never miss a session if you are an Actor's All Star Access member.

3. If I have never done body or voice work before... that's scary, is this for me?

Just because something is scary to you it doesn't mean that it's wrong... it just means that it's new. If you are new and you've never done anything like this, then I am warmly inviting you to this space :)

Being an All Star member is something that is fabulous for all different acting levels.

If you've been applying for the past four years for example, or if you are thinking about applying for the first time in September, or if you have done a degree in something completely different and you've gone right "I want to be an actor, where do I begin?" One of my favourite sayings is...get it wrong with me and get it RIGHT with the right people and I'm all about that! I'm inviting you to fail in my lessons. I'm inviting you to get it wrong. I'm inviting you to make a mess of it and screw it up because from that place of honesty and playfulness and truth - just letting it go - that is where you make dynamic changes in your audition strategy and dynamic changes in your audition RESULTS.

For example, the way that your breath is held in moments of high tension or how your alignment of your neck is actually crucial to the result of your monologue. 

Consistency as an actor is something I talk about a lot in my content here at Audition Access, because consistency breeds results with small consistent steps. 4. J this sounds amazing, but I think i'd prefer more 1:1 time, does that happen?

5. What is the leaderboard and how does it work?

Another LOVELY feature is our leaderboard! Every 12 weeks we have a creative challenge to help spark your creativity so you don't get swamped with monologue work and keep active as an artist.

Mistakes I always see applicants make is they are practising their speeches but not their creativity.

With being in Actors All Star Access you always have something that you're working on. These challenges give you points that count towards you leaderboard score. Along engaging in the app and with other members inside your name will quickly fly to the TOP. 6. How does the monologue bank work?

The monologue bank works in in a way that it's super easy, you literally just click on the image in your resources and it downloads straight to your phone or laptop; you can download of hundreds of monologue suggestions.

You also get access into a portal of monologues and tips and tricks on how to use them, how to pick them and like how to pick contrast and things like this... those who have received have left me really lovely messages... it's such a WONDERFUL resource.
